What we collect
When you use a form on this site: your name and e-mail address, and — if you give them — your phone number, restaurant, number of sites, point-of-sale system and your message.
Why
To answer you, to give you early access, and to discuss a pilot or an agreement with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, for early access, your consent.
Who sees it
Our hosting and e-mail providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a customer relationship are deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. One functional cookie remembers the language you chose.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time — just e-mail us. You can also complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
The Smajl service
Guest data in a restaurant’s loyalty club is controlled by that restaurant. Each club has its own privacy notice.
